I’d agree as long as it would have happened in Germany, not sure how Oslo and Norway handle or label such incidents.

At least it’s investigated as a terror incident.

Looking forward more infos especially if the Norwegian detectives go scour the guy’s place and eventually find some jihadist propaganda.

The three people killed in Sunday's shooting have been identified as two Danish teenagers, a male and a female both aged 17, and a 47-year-old Russian citizen residing in Denmark, Danish police say.

Another four were injured in the shooting: two Danish women, aged 19 and 40, and two Swedish citizens, a 50-year-old man and a 16-year-old woman, Copenhagen police chief Soeren Thomassen says.

He told reporters that police do not believe the attack was terror-related.

Videos of the suspect circulating on social media are believed to be authentic, police say.

The man can be seen posing with weapons, mimicking suicide gestures and talking about psychiatric medication "that does not work".

And sad little c*nt couldn't just off himself instead.

Not necessarily. Converts have proven to be some of the most extreme jihadists around because they feel like they have to prove themselves even harder. Like Dutch people, especially women, that travelled to Iraq and Syria to join ISIS. A disproportionate number of them were converts.
