Bird Flu Has Spread Out of Control after Mistakes by U.S. Government and Industry

We are seeing an uptick in flu cases at the hospital I work in. Those clinical nurses and others who work directly with patients are supposed to be masking up.

While HPAI is not a cattle disease, the H5N1 strain of the virus has been detected in a number of dairy herds in the United States. This is the only known transmission (referred to as 'spillover') to cows worldwide. Information from the American Veterinary Medical Association is that most cattle recover in 2 to 3 weeks with supportive care.

Supportive care consisting of electrolytes via the tube. Imagine herd of cows getting that done for days.

They should have culled the first ones or atleast had proper movement control..

Apparently cows at state stock show fairs were sick, the ideal way to spread. Stud stock people are a little bit weird to start with.
