There's something positive about these two women, though. They are not AfD voters, they would have never voted for NSDAP 90 years ago, and they are not racist.

Alles in ehren butt their behaviour was very unprofessional.

And our unprofessional laws protect high intensity criminals. Instead of quickly deporting them.

A recipe for desaster.

And you can not talk about it because its not up to discussion.

I still fail to see even a modest logic behind that.

Because the perpetrator is the one comitting the crime first and if that eventually translates to a death sentence at home it was his first action leading to that and an expulsion doesn't interfere with that.

Currently we have idiotic laws protecting rapists and murderers and giving the AfD votes.

The rise of the AfD is the work of the good samaritans mostly.

Well, it happened in Israel as well. If you do it with a Palestinian terrorist, it's REALLY weird:

Musk is giving die AfD-Füherin some good airtime on Twatter right now and, as I said before, he intends to affect the future German elections.

The trends are:
- AfD, SPD and the Greens go up
- CDU and BSW go down
- FDP is stable, but may not enter the parliament

When even the WSJ is backpeddling on your disastrous life 😯

Much pride, little self-reflection” was the headline that the powerful German state broadcaster ARD. (...) Merkel’s own political heirs in the Christian Democratic party say that publicity around the memoir is damaging their current election campaign. They blame their unpopularity on the challenges they inherited from Merkel and lament that voters are now reminded by the book that she—and by extension, her party—helped create the country’s problems. “The publication of this unrepentant, self-righteous book at a time of economic and political turmoil like this is hurting the conservative bloc,” said Nico Lange, a former senior official in Merkel’s government.
The Financial Times, which in 2015 called her “one of Germany’s great chancellors,” wrote in response to her memoir that she was “the most damaging European leader since 1945.
The only place of honour this POS deserves is the gallows.

Well now, self preservation is in.

Some good advices to heed naturally China enablers like Brudermüller would try to weaken such ideas for their little insular profit.

Unfortunate, that this has been foisted on this nation...sigh.

To be fair, that is anyone with a parent not born in Germany.

It’s the definition of migrant background.

It doesn’t necessarily means Muslims (could have a Hungarian/Polish/Others) parent.

There is no way of knowing that, which is why a thousand different sources will tell a thousand different stories. Germany hasn't done a census in fifty years. Our privacy protection laws prevent the government from compelling participation in a census.

After the Aschaffenburg attack, the anti-AfD-"firewall" has started to crumble.

Election frontrunner Friedrich Merz (CDU) announced today that he would introduce emergency legislation to parliament early next week with the intention of setting up permanent border controls, pushbacks of illegal immigrants and a deportation scheme for all illegal aliens with a criminal record in excess of a petty misdemeanor.

Asked if he would still go through with his proposal if it could only be passed with AfD votes, Merz responded "I shan't be dissuaded from doing the right thing and other parties are very welcome to see to it that I don't need extreme right votes to do the right thing".

In the current Diet, CDU and AfD are some votes short of a majority, so unless the proposal picks up bipartisan support it'll fail. But it certainly sets the tone for his bid for Chancellorship. It's a necessary emancipation. Merz can't let the left dictate his preferrences anymore.

Personally, I'd be against a CDU-AfD-coalition, but it's obviously madness for the establishment to demand that Merz drops his policies only because of the "danger" that AfD might agree.

It's also a clever test of AfD's earnestness, by the way. If they opt for disruption and vote against Merz's proposal, they'd look like arseholes.

The elections can't come soon enough.

The amended bill is on the floor now, and it's quite good: (Source)
  1. A national security crisis is to be declared.
  2. Permanent border controls are to be instated.
  3. Anyone trying to cross the border in an irregular fashion will be pushed back even if said person is eligible for asylum.
  4. Anyone whose plea for asylum has been denied or who has been court-ordered to leave the country is to be taken into pre-removal custody without delay.
  5. The Federal Police may take illegal aliens into custody without an arrest warrant.
  6. Foreigners with a criminal record who cannot be deported for technical reasons are to be taken into custody indefinitely until they agree to leave the country.
Scholz and the entire left are fighting this bill tooth and nail. Sadly, they're not without a leg to stand on. I hate to say it, but the last and second-to-last bullet points are likely to be unconstitutional.
