Limit social interactions (follows a list of examples: going to see a play, dancing, etc), but go to work anyway.
Protect yourself, but don't wear masks and don't wear gloves because people don't know how to use them anyway.
Why wouldn't you go to work? The medical staff goes to work every morning, why wouldn't anybody else?

In "clear", stop social interactions, but don't stop your professional interactions. Don't meet with your friends or your family, but meet with your colleagues.
And they take Italy as an example to tell people "yes, it's possible". Apparently the Italian industry is still working at 90%: "see? it works!"
Except that Italy regularly ends up with hundreds of dead every day, and, with it's 60mil people, managed to have more death than China (+-1,5bil).
