Nice to some Democrats not acting like a derange phanatics.

I see the politicizing of this tragedy and encouraging + organizing riots as a last desperate gambit from the left to get anyone but Trump elected. Regular politics haven't worked, identity politics and SJW neither, years of media slander only increase Trump's popularity to record numbers. So you go for the nuclear option.

Have democrat governors hinder Covid response in any way they can to get the death toll as high as possible and have the economy tank as hard as possible for as long as possible by continuing a total lockdown. Most of the (social) media has long ago thrown their full support behind the democratic party so they have spun the narrative to try to make people believe that Trump is behind the failures rather than the governors who are in actual charge of Covid response. The media will take the same approach with these riots. Try to limit the social media exposure that the administration has to get their own version of events across directly without the ability to change the narrative to a version that fits the democratic party's agenda. Then you incite riots the first chance you get and get the (social) media to link them to as many societal problems as they can come up with. Create as much chaos until November as possible to make people want change. And low and behold who's that? Remember President Obama? How normal everyone's lives were when he was president? Well now you get to vote for the guy who was vice president back then. He'll make everything go back to the good ol' days before Trump.

And for those who aren't radical leftists (for whose opinion I couldn't care any less) inevitably going to call for me to put on a tin foil hat:
- "Resist" has been a theme among all levels of the democratic party for years;
- Harassing and attacking conservatives including members of the administration in restaurants and a basketball court;
- Use of intelligence agencies as political weapons against opponents by democratic operatives;
- Clear high level coordination going on in organizing political hoaxes, media hoaxes, riots involving BLM, Antifa etc;
- High profile democrats and/or their direct relatives being involved in organizing violent protests and riots;
- Democratic officials doing as little as possible to regain control over their cities to again maximize the effect.

This is just the next logical step. They've talked so much about Trump being Satan trying to get voters to rally behind them that they've started to believe their own hoax. The democrats will either regain power or try to drag the country down with them.

If Covid people were looting, burning, destroying, killing and injuring...

It's easy to be an armchair commando, (not you personally), from half a world away. But if you have a real concern for the safety of your family and your property and place of business is being destroyed, you want this to end.

BTW, just got a text. My friend's place of business is being looted and destroyed as I type this. I'm not sure what my office will be like by morning.

Im sorry to hear about your friends place and hope your office is ok.
And I don't agree with the looting and distruction of private property.
Well done. This NCO is a stud.

But this here shows the difference, i mean the self restraint to not smack someone in the mouth that is calling you a sellout and a bitch from 1ft away vs a bunch of riot cops shooting less lethal rounds at people standing on their own property just filming, not antagonizing or rioting in anyway hell not even protesting.

I've been in situations where it has been the attitude of the police that has determined whether the outcome was a just a disturbence vs a riot.

Thanks. Just got back from my office, all is good there so far, with a big law enforcement presence in the area. We didn't know what to expect, and went armed with billy clubs and took our largest vehicle, in case we needed to retrieve critical items or were jumped by a crowd of rioters. All was under control, thankfully.

A friend's store was about to get looted today and out of nowhere 6 cops show up with billy clubs and started cracking skulls and broke up the rioters/looters very quickly. It only takes one or two cracked skulls for the rest of the a$$holes to figure out what's about to happen to them.

I totally get your point about the people getting hit with paintballs. Normally I would agree. But the situation is intense. When 20 riot cops tell you to go inside 10 times because you are under curfew, you should probably consider going inside. This is not playtime.

So, let me fill you guys in on the situation here, currently. No one remembers George Floyd. Floyd who? These have become looting events posted on social media with time and place. Professionals are showing up in rented trucks and cleaning out businesses. The law abiding citizens in these areas are fed up and pissed off. This whole thing is some crazy scam.

There is definitely an organized component here. This is not about "justice" or peaceful demonstration anymore, this is definitely about something else. And it's obvious to even the casual observer.

Great job and great leadership. But those folks are protesters demonstrating legally. They are doing what they are supposed to do.

They are not the thugs, killers, looters and rioters in other areas.

Do media and/or politicians connect these disturbances to the upcoming elections?

You certainly wouldn't hear it from the likes of CNN, et, al. They are on the arsonists team. There is a sense that these are being organized somehow, beyond what you'd expect from demonstrators. Most people have their suspicions. If so, it will backfire. Whichever side of the political spectrum you inhabit, the regular folks have had a belly full of it. And today, the President categorized Antifa as a terrorist entity. Long overdue. We will now know the money trail. See Michael Yon's comments on this, I posted above.

EDIT: I'll post Yon's comments here.

President Trump on War Path Against ANTIFA -- that's how you get re-elected. This will allow our intelligence apparatus to track back their financial and other support networks.

Financial transactions. Metadata. Huge amounts of data can be sifted and mapped in minutes. Organizational structure can be mapped like a family tree with a few keystrokes.

If you've been supporting ANTIFA, call your attorney. If this goes through and you have a security clearance, kiss it goodbye. If you used government computers, government phone, government anything to support a terrorist organization, you got problems.

Bank accounts can be frozen. Passports revoked. No flight list. Everything.

If you have been supporting ANTIFA and this stands and you are in America, your life just took a hard turn.

The difference is that the guardsmen don’t have bullets.

That makes a pretty big dent in the OODA loop when your risk assessment matrix is flashing red because you don’t have any class v for your rifle that you fire once a year.
It doesn’t take away from this soldier’s absolute courage. Bullets or no it takes a spine to stand on that thin red line.

I'm not sure how banning Antifa is actually going to work since it isn't just one group. And if it is banning anti facisim isnt that something that most of us would beleive in?
Doesnt sound like it means much anyway since the US doesn't have any domestic terrorist group list as such, otherwise things like the KKK would of been taken apart along time ago.

Calling ANTIFA anti-fascist is like calling Hitler anti-Nazi. Antifa is funded by someone, organized by someone, and always seem to deploy people around the country for effect. They are bad actors.

Although there is racism in the US Police force, I dont think it is systemic. There has always been racial tension in the US no matter how much "Kumbaya" they sell. The main issue that I see here is Police Brutality and most of what we see on how cops interact is confrontational and you see the warriorization of the Police Force. Now is this a problem of the Police itself or representative of the national psyche?

4 cops in the video didnt see anything wrong with putting a knee on the neck of a handcuffed person. That's the problem, all the cops in that video should have been arrested as accomplices.

The looters are opportunistic parasites that is just a part of riots, but the rioters burning buildings down and the police headquarters have a point, you have to scare your government or police force into action on giving baby slaps to your abusive cops. All the talks in the community havent done a think and police brutality and immunity (perceived or not) will just keep on repeating itself until action is made. Some people are just saying that expect consequences.

I wasnt kidding when I mentioned that the Police Force of the US is scarier than the once I have seen in China or everywhere else I have traveled.

i think she is real terrorist,she make and want mobs like iraq or syria for new state black muslim in USA!

I’m sure many will have a problem with that post but I don’t.

Regarding the bolded paragraph, yes. No one here approve of cops being thrown bricks at them, being thrown urine bottles or lord know what else.

If you want change, if you want your government to listen to you and as despicable the violence are, doing « sittings » peacefully has never achieved S**t. I’m deeply troubled by the violence even though I’m not even American, and the store owners didn’t deserve all this, but neither did Mister Floyd.

Up to the Justice and the Judge that will handle this case to give a proper sentence. Not up to the mobs and SJW on social media’s but seriously, if Mr Chauvin gets away with it or is granted some leniency, America will keep burning to the ground.

Thanks for the clarification, yes that is my point on that.
