At this stage, the only way that I can see a fair election taking place is with in person, paper ballot voting, with voter ID and purple thumbs. Anything less than that will be viewed with suspicion. We claim to be the benchmark for free elections. In reality, our elections are going the same path as our currency, straight down the Zimbabwe line.

If he does, that will make things interesting. First, there will be tons of legal action from both sides. Second, it will be very difficult to deny that there was substantial fraud. Third, if the results are overturned and new senators are put in place, will any legislation that they old senators help pass be ruled null and void, if there was a two vote or less margin of victory?

I can easily see how the two senate races could be reversed. My question is how this will affect the presidential election. If problems are found in enough states, will they try to reverse the electoral college, or will they say that the states already certified their electors and there's nothing that can be done.

We are in uncharted waters. There has never been a steal on this scale in US history. In the end, I'd want many, many traitors to do prison time.
 
To be sure, I dont think there was fraud... I will stick to my story of 80million idiots, and Trump... those that had limited superficial info from the MSM and just wanted Trump gone... however...
I wouldnt even really care if biden &co stayed on.... congressman and senators, there should be a limited re-vote.... as in, one day, only paper ballots, ID required etc.... is there even a provision for this in the constitution? I dont think so....
maybe just a recount of existing ballots... but I dont think there is a provision for this.
otherwise, the politicians stay, maybe, but the people that orchestrated this, if it looks like there was fraud that did change the results, those people need to go to prison... that would be the most satisfying.
