Politics The UK general election - 12 Dec 2019

My prediction regarding rugby, football or politics ALWAYS turn out to be wrong, so I’ll be very reluctant in saying either Corbyn or BoJo wins...

I’m hoping for BoJo though - can’t stand Corbyn and his leftist antisemitic minions.

We’ll know in 3 hours and a half now. Prove me right BBC.

Yougov used some advanced methodology that proved to be accurate last time.
This time, I’m not going to vote, as I still live in Northampton, while I’m registered in Coventry. It would be too troublesome to fit going to Coventry and back (a total of 85 miles) into 11:00-18:30 shift.
My constituency, North Warwickshire, is a safe Conservative seat. The prediction is 60% for Conservatives.
No chance here for Jerry.
¡No pasarán!

I thought about the possibility of it going up due to the large percentage foreign-born Labour's voters not being accustomed to the British weather.
problem is most of them don't work and Corbyn has offered them more benefits - they will turn out in droves

I was surprised how big Corbyn's rallies were till I had a look around the crowd and most of them looked like soap/dole dodgers

I hope you are right - every Liebour administration has left this country more broke in my lifetime and its taken the Conservatives to come in and sort it out

God only knows why people vote Liebour they just make working people poorer in the long run

UK could be Venezuela mark 2 as long as Scotland does not get independence earlier

and the result is due Friday the 13th

Cannot see my MP being anything other than Conservative they would need a 26.9% swing
We have much higher than average wages in the area and about 1% immigrants

should have got a postal;)

That's what people told me at work last week. It was too late to sort it out, though.
wife had a postal as we were in Fueterventura last election - she has not worked out how to cancel it yet..............

BoJo sent me an email before 5pm:

[***]– our teams on the ground are reporting a high Labour turnout. So have you voted yet? Have your friends and family?

Tomorrow morning, the leader of the country will walk into No10 and put their policies into action.

That leader will either be me – or Jeremy Corbyn.

And right now, the only thing standing between Jeremy Corbyn and Downing Street is you.

So have you voted yet? Have your Conservative friends and family?

This election will come down to a handful of votes. So make sure you get out and vote Conservative!

We’ve only got a few more hours to secure a majority government. It’s all down to you.

Yours sincerely,
