Yeah, I don't know about that.
I mean, it's weird they would blatantly "admit" of such a scheme. The "It was not "fraud", we just changed the rules" is somehow weird.
It is akin to rubbing it in the face of those who voted for Trumps, those who were skeptical, those who actually care about the rule of law.
but at the same time it also looks like a kind of bait. I am seeing a lot of people reacting to that article with things like "see! they are admitting it!", "see! they just said they cheated!", "see! they knew they couldn't win so they changed the rules!" (weirdly enough, this one made me think of the legalization of male-to-female trans-gender athletes to compete in women sports: I am a man, but I suck too much to win anything; I'll thus claim I am trans, compete with women and win...).
