Yes it was 76% last time. My bad. He got 63% in 2012 though. But as I said the vote count is not the problem. The reason for such results is Kremlins control over oil revenues and main TV channels which allows them to promote conservative agenda.
Vote count is never a problem - it who is counting them that seems to be the issue
America seems to have caught the same disease
But whats the difference? No matter who Americans vote for their President is still going to be free market globalist in Economics and democracy expantionist in foreign policy. So what is the choice?
Trump was inward looking America first - did not start any wars (yet) - and pulled a lot of troops back to the USA - tried to build a wall to keep drugs and Mexicans out (although it's good for a holiday this time of year @riderboy ) - not shot down any civilian airliners
Not seen him invade Ukraine or go to a civil war area to support a thoroughly nasty regime (Syria)
Done more for peace in the ME than I thought I would ever see in my lifetime
Can't see that as expansionist - to be honest he has not done much apart from get Americans back to work and stimulate their economy
What has done him is COVID
Conservative democracy.
I still like Dicktatorship - but I can go with Conservative Demonocracy if you like:rolleyes:

Very reasonable, in my opinion, President overlord BCNTM

Alright that guy kinda made difference. Thats why he didn't last for long...

I think you might be interested to know they call people like you "liberasts" in Russia (a portmanteou of "liberal" and "pederast"). ?

He had upset the status quo - so that's why he has gone

The sad thing is he will be judged by the actions at the end of his presidency - not what he actually did whilst he was president

Will be interesting to see how Russians view Putin once he has gone? - I know a while ago a lot of Russians wanted communism back as they knew where they stood/knelt

I think you might be interested to know they call people like you "liberasts" in Russia (a portmanteou of "liberal" and "pederast"). ?
That's me 'liberal' with a small l - until someone upsets me, and then I am far right of some well known Jerman

In Ruskia however last time I was there I did hear words like 'enemy of the state' and 'agent of a foreign nation' - which was quite distressing at the time - but I did get a free ride to the airport........ every cloud

Some people here have argued that all kinds of legitimate grievances are behind the anger and violence of the unhinged Trump mobs, which eventually culminated in acts of sedition and insurrection last Thursday by storming Capitol and seeking to harm civil servants. All because their cult leader initiated bogus and unsubstantiated accusations of election fraud.

Compare that to centuries of slavery, lynchings, racial segregation by Jim Crow laws and police killing unarmed black people with impunity. And all you lots can do is whine about a bunch of insignificant riots and looting in the suburbs by the most downtrodden and maltreated group in US history. Now imagine that in stead of Afro-Americans, it would've been predominantly white people that were bearing the brunt of this systematic injustice.

I'll guess if the roles were reversed, some of you crybabies here together with the other members of the Trump cult would have been calling for outright revolution or genocide. It takes some twisted form of white privilege and a strong doses of hypocrisy to justify the actions of the Trump mobs while denouncing that of the BLM-movement.

And now we have white snowflakes going mad because the world is so mean to them, globalism has supposedly f*cked them over and economic anxiety is turning people into outright white supremacists. And then some deranged figures, both on this forum and societies at large, have the nerves to mock and ridicule groups that are fighting against social injustice, all because a number of stores were looted and breached by those who have no voice in society.

I can't think of a more whimpering and self-pitying group which you so ridiculously exemplify. You guys have all lost it.

I love your posts. Keep up the good work, Mardonius. It's easy to win arguments when you're right and you have truth on your side although It's not always a satisfying endeavor when you're talking with people who aren't normal. I saw a couple videos today by the lady that got shot at the Capitol riot. Best described as rantings, she bought the fraud story hook, line, and sinker. Trump got her killed. Can't wait for his day in court, those videos are going to get played for a jury.

The guy whose sphincter you so diligently kiss, openly says that he supports Iran's fascist theocracy and people like Soleimani and the rest of those IRGC criminals.
He has the nerve to get on his soapbox living in Western Europe and preach to us mortals about his high morals and his support for democracy, while the scumbags he supports gun down innocent people in the streets of Iran and murder athletes for opposing the regime and then destroy the guys grave and arrest his relatives for mourning him.

But yeah, just like your messiah Obummer you keep good company.

Thanks, my friend.

I'll believe I saw her brother making a statement on video and blaming Trump for her death as well. She apparently voted for Obama in 2008 but increasingly got swayed by conspiracy theories (Qanon), which eventually resulted in her near devotion to Trump. Just a tragedy how many people are getting radicalised by toxic ideologies on the internet.

@Serj,

I've never claimed such support but keep spinning my words. In the end, I really don't care about frustrated, treacherous and one-dimensional bafffons in the diaspora. Just remember the advice I gave you.

Arnold Schwarzenegger compares US Capitol riots to Nazi violence in 1938

Sent via @updayUK

It pains me deeply to say it but Trump looks better than Arnold does. If a lifetime of not working out and eating McDonald's wins that contest I'm skipping deadlifts tomorrow and getting Chick-fil-A.

You know Serj, I'm usually a fan of salty language and lite homoeroticism but the way you do both I find repulsive. I don't think you appreciate just how pissed off people are at Trump in this country. You could have told me Mardonius took a dump in a Pringles can and mailed it to my mom on her birthday and it would not move the needle. Mardonius! I love this guy. Humor, wit, and hard facts. 3 areas your posts are lacking in SERJ.

I thought it was impossible to mix up capitalists with socialists.

Oh, I am sorry did that offend you? You see when I wrote that, my ears were still ringing from being called an "asshole, retard and numbnuts", even if you were subtle enough to call me these things indirectly. But I told you, when I've got something to say to someone I do it lucidly and without preamble. We have a saying in German that roughly translates as; "The echo in a forest is what you shout in there". But you know what? Let me extend an olive branch here and say that I would like to dispense with all insults and name calling between the both of us in the future, be that directly or by innuendo, deal? We can discuss issues we disagree on without resorting to that kind of behaviour.

I believe you and that is the tragedy. Leftists and liberals have a sad tradition of siding with foreign adversaries of their own nations just to spite their domestic rivals. So did Britain's Labour Party before WW2 actually, they hated the Tories more than the Nazis and large swathes of the party were prepared to sign a non-agression treaty with Hitler, luckily the conservatives didn't allow that. But history has this weird way of repeating itself:

I think you're wrong. You see, German mainstream media, which I have decided to boycott nowadays, provides an endless stream of anti-Trump stories and articles full of unadulterated TDS. I've have yet to meet a single one of my countrymen who has anything positive to say about Donald Trump. Might I assume that the situation is similar in the US? But rather than constantly trolling me and others, why haven't you provided a single example of a Trump policy that you disagree with? You'd be surprised at the critical things I have to say about him, but if the only contribution to the debate is foaming-at-the-mouth-orange-man-bad, then I'm sorry we'll have little to talk about.

Listen, I don't think you're a bad person or that you should be gone or banned or silenced or anything along those lines. I will leave that thinking to the radical postmodernists on Twitter, but please stop with this infantile avalanche of verbal assaults and unfunny memes. You dislike Trump? Okay but give me a proper argument why that is.

All the best, mate.

If I may intrude into the "lively debate" for a moment, I do have something that's been bothering me concerning
the Capitol mess... lack of security. The whole world has seen it was relatively easy for the White House to be invaded
and how minimal was security's response.

Could terrorist groups be planning a repeat at this very minute? There are any number of disaffected people who would
gladly be useful idiots for them and storm the place to much worse effect than was just done.

Sure, the inauguration will be heavily guarded, but what about long term? I'm no fan of Creepy Joe at all, but he needs to be very concerned.

Schiff has proposed a 20k pages long Patriot Act 2.0.

Which would, in effect, be the third Patriot Act.

The second being the that got established after 9/11.

The first one was introduced in 1995 by, surprise surprise (I'm Lando in disguise!), Joe Biden.

I am pretty sure the Secret Service on the top of the White House might have something to say about how secure it is
