there you have it, the perfect answer to "only the cops should have guns"

I bet there are plenty of people who would like to demonstrate this and I'm sure Nadler wouldn't mind the harmless photo-op ?

Not only is it retarded and, incidentally, unconstitutional (you know, violating 1A, 2A and 14A), but on what ground is the "3 years of social media history" condition based?

Why not 4? Or 2? Or 6?
What if one isn't on social media?

The bill passing the House was pretty much to be expected, especially considering the Dems' control over it.

The Senate however is a whole different thing. Filibuster is still there.

Interestingly enough, though two Reps voted in favor (Chris Jacbo NY, Brian Fitzpatrick PA), some Dems voted against. Which further hints toward a DOA at the Senate.

(I'm about to write an article on the Iva D'Aquino trial, I wonder how many Americans without Google know who he was.)

@Hiryu2.0 So... how is that article going by the way?

Can't wait to read about your opinion about "him" (though maybe you should know Iva was a woman) and how it relates to the topic of gun-laws.

I'm pretty sure you'll bee eerily silent when this case drops harder than Bill Clinton's pants during the appeals.
Hopefully he gets some better lawyers for any appeal...........?‍♂️
