It finally went to auction, people have been talking about this particular pile of S**t for years. It's rare, after the Government killed the XA GTHO Phase 4 (only 4 built, 3 race cars and one road legal car) the rest of the HO parts were filtered out into getular XA GT Falcons, coded as RPO83.

Final bid was $300,909, add on another 7% for the auction house. Not bad for a $7000 car in 1971. It's going to need another 100-150K to get it looking nice.
A pic from back in the day. My Dad with my 68 Plymouth Roadrunner. Even with an automatic, it would leave rubber when shifting into 2nd gear. Friends said I got screwed when I paid $3200 new for it. They're over 60,000 now when you can find a decent one. Left most of my pay on the books in Viet Nam and paid it off when I came home. Traded it for a 66 Corvette roadster. 325 horse 327. Cars I should have kept is like guns I should have kept... but I didn't.

the biggest rip off in the car industry is Electric cars ...
A train is more of a authentic form of Electric powered transport as it runs from a direct current unlike cars where it has to rely on battery . And when you buy a Rechargeable bike light its never marketed as a Electric powered light ..
