The New York City mayor was removed from Biden's campaign advisory board in May, following his public criticism of the president's handling of the border crisis.

Well, that was pretty much word salad, although, admittedly, SLIGHTLY, VEEEEERY SLIGHTLY, more coherent than usual. The only thing that I got out of it was that he thinks that Hamas was reacting to his big plan for a big choo choo set.
