I don't know what the process of delisting looks like, but I'd bet not even one Chinese company would pass a "required" audit. Let's face it, trillions of US dollars flowed into China over the past decades and those investors skimmed their cut right off the top.

The challenge here, is to take your money out of China without taking a bath.
