There is no consensus there, which isn't surprising considering the vast amount of groups involved.
I did see a comment from the Senate late last year, Senator Thorp (while we don't do % of indigenousness anymore, you either are or your aren't, would have to be struggling to gather more than a couple of % of indigenous 'blood') indicating during a speech about the 3 official flags, that we were on stolen land. While that mentality is going strong, there will never be enough changes to the song, or to the flag, or to native title etc etc.
