Politics All Things Trump

Most countries are going to a more Conservative right approach.

But this trends upsets the one in power, therefore they go for the usual and cheap deflection.

For Macron: Musk is meddling in electoral process of foreign countries.

For Germany: AfD are nazis and Russian assets.

All of the countries that recently got elections, in fact: the party that won is a Russian plant.

Easy.

If you feel threatened by someone, instead of taking a step back and contemplating the possibility you are the one doing a S**t job, just deflect by saying the ones running against you are the bad guys.
In fact, they (opposition parties) are not running against you (the leader), they are running against us (me, your leader, and you, my people whom I care a very whole lot about, and our country, and our values and cute traditions).
So, they are not only bad, they are bad bad. Like super bad.

And to hammer the point home they will rely on common media tropes and parallels.
Don't forget cancelling elections in Romania

Speaking of Islands, in Finland we have have this problem islands called Åland. Problem because it's demilitarized. Maybe Trump could take that Island and form American Baltic Fleet there? They make great potato chips too.

If that sums up all of the natural resources: fat chance.

They also have fish, and wind.

Not to mention the strategic location for controlling the baltic sea.

Maga thinks you guys should defend it.

The pro Ukraine bloggers are polar opposite to Trump and therefor they like to treat Trump like a fool same as the liberal legacy press does so he has become quite used to it, mainly in realty they want is a longer war and Trump wants it to end sooner.

Pouring much derision on Trump and this Greenland stupidity. However it appears Russia is sensitive about it ..

Russia is monitoring the situation due to its "strategic interests" in the Arctic region, Peskov said. "The Arctic is a zone of our national interests, our strategic interests," Peskov said.

Its obvious they don't want distractions from their effort but they have become as narrowly interested as the Magas they dislike.

Muga.

Yeah, somehow, that's Trump and Musk's fault.

None of them are in office. None of them are in California. None of them can pass policies, even less so in California.

But somehow, somehow, they are responsible.

After a year away from this forum, I'm a little confused how "no F***s given" many European forum members here are that, the Trump administration does not rule out military takeover of Greenland. It's certainly nice that a person to own the libs comes to power in the United States. but europeans in this forum surely are patriots, thus surely the interest of Europe should come before the United States? I can't even imagine how the US would react (or in this forum) if a US ally didn't rule out military force against the US.

But the silver lining here, at least for me, is that this will further wake up Europe from its sleep and hopefully Europe will take itself more and more by the scruff of the neck. But of course it is not comforting that the parties against European unity are raising their heads at a time like this (which is of course also partly a problem created by the left) for example germanys adf just said they want to go back to using russian gas.

At least I can clearly see that Trump's and Elon Musk's goal is to create fragmentation in Europe so that they can negotiate e.g. trade agreements with individual countries vs the entire European Union. Vailed behind the "lmao own the libs and woke people"

It's truly a shame that EU does not have the power to kick members out. It's pretty funny that most anti-eu nations in european union at the moment are net recipient of EU funds and would lose a lot of money if they weren't in the block.

Maybe if you encourged Chinese and Russians less some confidence may return.
The EU polititians talking Chinese and Russian points are not Americans.

Greenland well I give you Cuba and Solomon Island examples.

Defence dollars the US spends to shelter the world are usually borrowed.

As for Trump/ Elon influence well they used to laugh. But now as with LA they are dumpsters on fire as Vance describes it today.

I think everyone should actually listen to the actual sound byte. A reporter asked Trump if he would rule out economic coercion or military force in regard to Panama or Greenland. He said, "No, why would I do that". Next day: TRUMP WILL INVADE GREENLAND!!!!!!!!!

Well you just repeated the issue. Not ruling out military force when discussing land acquisition is threatening to use military force.
Towards an allied nation to be precise, whose soldiers very recently died in afghanistan whilst responding to their allied call for military assistance.

If Russia said that to my country in regards to a piece of land. I would for sure take it as a threat and so would everybody else.
But in these bizzaro times, everybody just has to chuckle awkwardly and do what you just did. But i just frankly find it morally bankrupt to say such a thing to an allied nation whose spilled blood "for you". Is it rude to say; that Trump likely does not know that, or if he does, he does not care.
Which brings me to my original point. Europe needs to grow the f-up. But lets see if it manages to do that, before certain parties sabotage it, cos f- woke, the most important issue at hand apparently.

Also i saw comments from Mike Waltz that confirmed that: no military force cannot be ruled out (he tried to soften it as you did, by saying how much stronger trump is compared to biden in his dealings etc. implying that no invasion is coming etc.) and i could have sworn i saw new clip from the don himself from maria lago about this, but couldn't find. (it was after Carter funeral)

-The furthest developed mine near the southern tip of the country, Kuannersuit or Kvaneflejd, was effectively blocked from exploitation because its deposits of rare earths are mixed with uranium. The Chinese/ Australian company holding the exploitation license has sued Greenland's government for $11 billion.
-Finally, the U.S. wants to prevent China from encroaching. Under pressure from Washington, Copenhagen blocked a state-owned Chinese company from developing three airport projects on the island, citing it would be a security risk.
That is the proof that a Cuban repeat is on the horizon. Question is be passive and then forced to invade. Democrats invaded Cuba.

No, that's not at all how I saw it. You should just listen to the clip. I'll try to find it later.

But, I definitely wouldn't be surprised if US forces took over the Panama Canal, if the Panamanian government continues to give the CCP control of it, in contravention of the treaty.

Thanks. Those are them.

I am sensing we need a Newsom thread. The man is a great liar and a proven wrecker and the View..the heartbeat of the libs endorses his miss-management of California.
