To put your post in context. They arrested 20 people who should not have voted because of their crime record.

11 million people voted in Florida during the 2020 presidential election. After 2 months of investigation, they found 20. 17 according to the police cuz politicians always inflate a little.

I think this qualifies as fraud, and it's unfortunate, but I doubt this qualifies as widespread. Trump having obtained a 350000 lead in the popular vote, these 20 votes cannot explain Trump's win.
