This is not the first time he shreds the propaganda. So they knew and invited him anyways. Something is happening and Putin's line can be challenged.

In the past Turkey has been an essential post WW2 ally to the west. Bravo.

The sooner Erdo is gone, the sooner we can find out where Turkey wants to stand with Western Europe and NATO. Perhaps we might see a realignment of NATO, with Turkey and Hungary forming their own little western friendly alliance outside of NATO? From the looks of it today, that would be a better fit.
Why should they? You have much more influence if you can basically lead the EU (Hungary) and NATO (Turkey) by the nose. Much more power wielded this way than by forming an ailing 3 country "wannabe" alliance.

EU and NATO themselves have made sure of their potential dysfunctionality by enlarging without reforming. EU is still on the speed track of making it worse. So it's not Hungary's fault for instance to make use of the contract's regulations. It's the EU's fault of adding ever more without politically reforming accordingly.

According to Julia David, he serves Putin by getting the Russians ready to accept a victory but at a high cost.

I don't know but his views have been several times aired.

An honest assessment on a Russian state TV:

Repost. We're already talking about this one.

The segment we saw, is it all the analyst said? If yes, I find it difficult to convince myself of David's assessment. What Khodaryonok is saying seems to hardly allow any optimism for a Russian victory, it's almost defeatist in nature (from the perspective of an authoritarian regime). I mean, of course it could be that he was planted there to stage a honest debate for the doubters but if that is so, his appearance could backfire badly. He's essentially proving to the however-many Russians who're against this war that their government is reckless and incompetent.

What do you mean: if this image is allowed? Sweden is not a police state, they can't just round up all PKK sympathisers to prevent them from propping up some flag. A flag, mind you. The Turkish nationalists are acting as though Sweden's armed PKK operatives and smuggled them into Turkey to assassinate Erdogan himself. This is getting absurd.

Yeah it is hard reading into it, since we know that is state media. Are they prepping for a hard explanation to the population or looking at how the population would react?
Bit of both probably.

Next edition, who stole all the $$. I’ll give you a clue, it won’t be putin.

If the ISIS flag was unfurled on Turkey's busiest street, what do you think would be the reaction against Turkey? A similar situation occurred. After shooting down the Russian plane, the Russians lied that Turkey was buying oil from ISIS and all the western media said that Turkey was in support of ISIS. The issue of Sweden's membership in NATO is completely independent from the Ukraine/Russia war for Turkey. No need to clutter the subject any further. Also, please review Macedonia's NATO membership process.

Monsieur Putain behaves like Hitler. He basically fvcks up his military. The more his troops are unsuccessful, the more he tries to influence the commanding. Stalin was so much more clever - as the war went on, his meddling was smaller and smaller.

Luxembourg's foreign minister Jean Asselborn, however, thinks that the issue is not at all the PKK or the Kurdish question in general. Instead he accuses Erdogan of featuring a "bazar mentality". According to Asselborn, Erdogan is trying to strike a better compensation deal with regards to the cancelled F-35 contract with the US.
