Politics All Things Trump

I'm glad to see that Vice President Trump is not challenging the authority of President Musk. I wonder how secretary Vance is doing. And I don't mean Secretary of State or something else. The guy who gets their coffee and shines their shoes.

A series of posts that the Indians should thank Elon Trump, a policy the dems support and today he could kill their shot.

Typical dem woman..wants more cash and never wonders why she needs more cash.

The United States government has less than three weeks to raise its debt limit before it will need to take “extraordinary measures” to sustain federal operations, Treasury Secretary Janet L. Yellen says

In a letter to members of Congress, Yellen said the government is beginning to run out of money to finance its debt obligations, reflecting one of the challenges facing the incoming Trump administration.

Yellen’s letter stated “extraordinary measures” are expected to be needed starting between January 14-23, which is actually somewhat later than originally anticipated. Those measures would probably give Congress several months to act before hitting the borrowing limit.

“I respectfully urge Congress to act to protect the full faith and credit of the United States,” Yellen wrote.

Congress tells the Treasury Department how much it can borrow, a limit known as the “debt ceiling” Failing to lift the debt limit could have catastrophic consequences for the global economy, as the US government has never before defaulted on its debt obligations.

Regarding H-1B, there is the way it is theoretically supposed to be used and the way that it is used. In theory, it's supposed to give visas to foreign workers with critical technical skills. In practice it is used by companies to import cheap foreign labor locking out domestic workers who make more money.

It is a healthy debate. Ones I like to see. Essentially, the MAGA base has disagreements with Trump and Musk on how this should work. This is how freedom works and it will be all worked out. Something our resident anti-Trump Marxists may not understand.

It is hilarious because the libtard legacy media is astroturfing H-1B like crazy without thinking twice.

Trump is about to initiate the biggest deportation operation of History, thus not going along the line of "massively inflating the economy with migrants".
Yet, some believe Trump will inflate the number of work visas because, well, he is Drumpft, of course.

The US does not need "basic-bitch" work visas, they don't need women-study majors, they don't need gender-study majors, they don't need feminist-dancing-therapy majors.

The US needs people who can do stuff. How to do that, reform the education system, instead of importing foreign workers. The US has the work force, they just are trained to "do" utterly useless stuff.

But the TDS turned that into "there is a MAGA civil war", because they saw some post on reddit about some online commentators are disgruntled.

You are an example of the Dunning Kruger Effect.

Wind it in, please.

I'm suprised they haven't started praying for another covid.

I'm just wondering what kind of terrorist attacks are being planned and organized for Inauguration Day by both foreign mid east types, and probably mostly all domestic from the party of intolerance and division.

I told the wife and kid, we're staying put. Hopefully nothing comes of it but I am for sure not going to risk it with the terrorists forcing my hand to defend us with a FAFO.

Trump is still around by a few inches too left to his skull. And, all conspiracies aside I agree that something may happen, on his inauguration or onwards.

All in all I just think the secret service will do their job right… not much to add about Canada, Greenland or panamas canal. Chazman makes some good points about: it’s either the US or China in which case I’ll take the former.

I'm more concerned with where I live to be blunt. When BLM showed up out of nowhere to protest a police department here in AZ that had zero to do with with what happened in MN, it gets serious enough to do risk assessments with.

Sometimes the target isn't whom we think it will be.

What are you talking about? Trump has always supported legal immigration.

Actually, no. He was extreme anti-immigration in general, but if you want to talk about H-1B specifically, his position was clear:

So far, the only perps who tried to take a shot at Trump were a kid we still know nothing about for some reasons (usually, when the guy is Conservative we know every single details of his life in the following hours), and some NAFO-fella moron.

Threats to Trump's life have been numerous, but mostly noise by celebrities or randos with very courageous opinions but no fortitude to carry on with their threats.

With Trump back in office, it will be much harder to get to him during meetings and the Secret-Service will have to be on alert 24/7. Contrary to what the situation was during the 2024 campaign, be it for Trump of RFK Jr, when the security wasn't provided at an acceptable level to either a presidential candidate and a former president (who also happened to be a running candidate).

Personally, I don't see a foreign power doing it, especially with Vance as VP, unless they manage to get both POTUS and VP.
A foreign country would be writing and signing its own death warrant and certificate.

China? It isn't interested in going after Trump himself, in the end he is just a man, and just one man. Sure there aren't many like him or even anybody able to efficiently replace him, but what China aims for is effects on the long term to ultimately install and consolidate their supremacy. You don't achieve that by removing one guy.
Economic, commercial, technological wars are the things China relies on. And, recently, involuntary and indirect "biological warfare", as one could argue countries caused more damage to their economy, their population, their institutions and their population's trust in their own institutions than the virus itself.

And inadvertently, you hit on the truth.

This might be educational.

Too bad mental gymnastics is not an Olympic event...
You could bring all the medals.

Try taking your own advice.

H-1B needs revamping, even it's supporters, like Musk agree. Nevertheless, H-1B is far down the list of priorities I'm concerned with.

And wait until they hear about student visas, and how woke universities are depending on them to justify their own existence...

Sounds like you are describing Biden.... I'm mean Joe Xiden...... Elite-captured puppet for China oligarchs and narcissistic dotard capo of his own Delaware crime syndicate.

He rabidly drained the whole barrel of koolaid.
