I am not sure if I understand that very much?, If they are identified as soldiers then they should be protected by the Geneva convention, as your country want to be part of the EU I would have thought that they would uphold this at least.

We have to remember that these are actions of individual soldiers and do not represent the majority of which ever country they fight for.
We have also had soldiers (UK) behaving badly in the war in Afghanistan and they were dealt with. I dont know what exactly these soldiers are doing or what the purpose of the explosion was so cannot really comment on it.
