Penny can sue for the dismissed case.
They can get away with manufacturing evidence there ..here in NZ though a few have been convicted.
No wonder political lawyers like Bragg and James behave puffed up.

He can sue all he wants. But Prosecutors have absolute immunity for their acts as Prosecutor. So it's a complete waste of time and money. There have been far more egregious acts by other Prosecutors that have failed to proceed for this exact reason.
