10000 Ukrainians have crossed into Slovakia for safety in the last 24h.

No it's not staged, but it was filmed at least a day earlier than the claims of shot down Russian transport started and there are conflicting claims about what is actually shot down, so it's not likely footage of that.
So far I've not seen any evidence for that claim, so personally I think it's likely propaganda.
Believe what you will, but personally I know Russia is lying a lot, but Ukraine can be on a whole other level at times. So I think a lot of posts here are pure fabrication, chief among them the claims of shot down Russian transports. If some evidence surfaces I'll change my mind - so far it's day two, and double the claims with still zero evidence to show for it.

According to the agreements made, it is impossible to close the straits to Russia, this applies not only to Russia, but also to all other countries bordering the Black Sea. Either Turkey cannot open a war against Russia and close it unless it is a party. It's impossible of course.
