If this is correct then that is significant, Nikopol is 150 KM north of the Crimea on the left bank of Dnieper, yesterday i saw reports that town Enegrodar ( just across the Dnieper river on the right bank) was in Russian hands. Nikopol have 107k and Energodar 52k population.
They are Russian soldiers dressed in Ukrainian uniforms.
According to the Geneva Convention, such people are not prisoners of war. They are supposed to be shot on the spot.

I dont think the Geneva conventions says you must shoot them, just that you may do so. I think it means they have lost most of the protection the convention provides, by wearing false uniform.

Yesterday’s events in Kiev albo supports those actions (Truck/Strela advance into Obolon district).

Every western nation should start deporting or rounding up the enemy agents. So called "russian minority".
I would not be so harsh, as many Russians are cool people, but any parties or influence groups linked to the Russian government should be banned in the EU.
We know how to deal with them in Poland:
while the rest has to get their lessons learned.
