From 2027 Ngāti Tūmatauenga, the New Zealand Army, will receive sixty brand new utility vehicles in a significant boost to New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) capabilities.

Used by a few European and Asian nations. The ST5 is also apparently going to be the base platform for the revamped Starstreak system in UK service, being called the Rapid ranger system.
Bushmaster Course 24/04
Seventeen soldiers have successfully completed the final NZ Bushmaster 5.5 Driver and Commander course for 2024, demonstrating their expertise in operating the Bushmaster vehicle.
The course was attended by personnel from Queen Alexandra's Mounted Rifles, 16 Field Regt, and 1RNZIR, comprising of trades including Armoured, Infantry, Gunner, Combat Driver, and Logistics Specialist.
Throughout 2024, QAMR has conducted four courses, resulting in the qualification of 50 personnel on behalf of Capability Branch.
QAMR will continue to refine and enhance the Motorised Infantry capability in 2025.
