Because of the decades long embargo your training as an engineer consisted of revising the engine block of your professor's ancient car. Also cousin Hossein is not a very good hacker so like half the pages are missing or corrupted ...

Would it be far fetched to say that it was an insider job ?
This terrorist attack has damaged xyz amount of IR-1 centrifuges so we have to replace them.
Unfortunately we don't have any IR-1's anymore so we have to replace them with IR-2m(4 times greater output than IR-1) centrifuges.
5000 IR-1's out and 5000 IR-2m's in.
I guess that is a good deal.?

Serious question. Iran's precious uranium enrichment plan seems to have been going on for the last 2 decades or so. I can understand them using the ruse of saying it's for peaceful power generation for the poor citizens of Iran. Do they in fact have nuclear generating plants in operation that actually generate electrical power for the masses yet?
