I learned a new woke term from a medical professional on Sunday, at least I think it is "woke":
So the trend these days is to say that a medical disability is not a disability. You see, it's making it sound like the person who has the disability is somehow lesser than a person who does not. So we are calling such people "differently abled".
It's not autism spectrum disorder. It's autism spectrum difference?
So a blind person is not visually impaired. They are visually "different". This is not the term I'm mentioning currently.
The term I AM mentioning is the one being used for people with NORMAL vision. They are not normal now, as they are "LIGHT DEPENDENT".
