Pride parade in Florida cancelled, Pridefest becomes 21+ only

So... a Florida LGBT organization has cancelled its upcoming Pride Parade after local officials told organizers that children must not attend.

The organizers were urged to make the event 21+ ahead of an upcoming bill signing barring children from attending drag shows and classifying such shows as adult entertainment.

Instead of accepting the advice the LGBT organization cancelled the event in protest saying they would organize a separate "family friendly party where youth celebrate who they are."


Disturbing how they feel the need to HAVE children attending these shows.
