I don't actually get the issue with the boot camp thing - it says it's bootcamp prep. They do that, and then they go and do exactly the same boot camp as everyone else does.

Exactly. We introduced a pre-Recruit Training Course where they get kit and idea of what is to come and it massively reduced the drop out rate.
