Jimmy "Fish Face" Fallon... NEVER really cared for him that much. He has gotten better as a show host though. I rarely watch the show, but when he first started hosting, I really go the feeling he didn't care much about the interview-ees and did not do a good job at banter with them. He got remarkably better, in my infrequent later viewings.
