"Kremlin considers Zelensky the legitimate leader of Ukraine".

Pretty shoots down the "Putin has a kill list of Ukrainian leaders and Zelensky's name is on it" argument.
Lol, that is what organized crime bosses say just before they have their enemy killed.
Are we to believe RU failed comm. 101 ?
Or did they trick everyone to light up, exposing their position and capabilities ?
Don't attribute something to some 4D chess plan when they can be easily explained by stupidity and complacency.
This might just be the Russians tentatively extending what they consider to be an olive branch. A species of moderate damage control, as it were.
It's all PR for domestic consumption.
Amusing (at least to me) remark regarding "Switzerland's first time ever breach of neutrality" by taking measures regarding the banning of Russian airlines and planes... Switzerland is surrounded, literally "landlocked", by countries that banned Russian airlines and planes.

One way or another no Russian planes would have been able to reach Switzerland.
In other words they didn't have to do it, but they did it anyway out of principles and morals.

Interesting to see that drones still seem to be operating with impunity.
Probably you haven't read my post from yesterday. NATO shares intel with the Ukrainians about where Russian radars are turned off and where there are not any fighter jets at a particular moment. Ukrainian drones specifically target such positions.

The size isn't the point though, but rather the EW/ECM environment. If the channels are being jammed its a lot harder to run a drone fleet.

Russians are (were?) in Bashtanka that is 50N of Nikolaev on road to Krivi Rog ( 90km north east from Bashtanka).

how long, if at all, till Russia decides that anyone giving material or intel to Ukraine is a legitimate target?

These are the kind of drones available to the public.

Very small (more or less the size of a bird), virtually silent (especially in a warzone). As for the channels and broadband being used they likely are the kind used by many other electronic instruments.
Would be easier to simply pop an EMP.

The German football association DFB asked former chancellor Gerhard Schröder to abandon his positions within state-run Russian corporations. Otherwise he would lose his honorary membership.
