Ukraine most important issue is weapons and money from abroad, especially USA. Hence Ukr had to agree to a ceasefire.

For Russia its probably the strikes on Russian energy sites.

So if Russia wants the ceasefire to continue, it will need to make peace with Ukr. Otherwise Ukr stores up a months worth of missiles, and lets them go in 31 days time.

Iran not being mentioned by Russia, well both are mates in BRICS. Putin consents by not mentioning them, and there cannot be many people on the planet that believe Iran with nukes is a good thing.

The rest of Russia's demands seem to be internal to Ukr, so thats a strange way to negotiate, as usually its stop bombing us, or give us back that statue.

Cease fire on attacks against energy infra they agreed, as it's just as or even more beneficial to Russia.

They will simply keep milking benefits from each step in the negotiations.
