inbetween a million of semi interesting spam posts about "ukraine kills this or that", that one is worth mentioning for the consequences it bears.
Russia is about to loose much of its export market because of the underperformance of its equipment. I wouldnt have mentioned tanks, because much of the sane world saw them as sub par even before.
But this war shows that Russian aviation isn't able to fly where western air defence is present and that Russian air defence is quite vulnerable even to cheap drones.
In the long term this will hurt the Russian defence industry even more than this war itself does.

There is a video from the rear as the car goes airborne, none of these videos show the level of the explosion, it looks a lot different from the rear when airborne and looks more like an explosion than an impact. It disintegrated airborne above the little structures.

I've heard people claiming that Russian air defence has been ineffective at intercepting GMLRS, Storm Shadow etc because they didn't have data on the targets they needed to intercept and that this would soon change. GMLRS has been fired for over a year and the ground still has a 100% interception rate ...
For some strange reason they didn't talk about both Warsaw pact era and more modern NATO SAMs have been able to take down missiles like Kalibr, KH-101 and Kinzhal despite having little to no data on them prior to their use in Ukraine
I mean sure, Storm Shadow might be tricky, but a pair of Chinese drones hovering above your air defence?
