The fourth border crossing has been blocked by Polish truckers, as they don’t like the idea of the Ukrainians undercutting their businesses.
Poland has the biggest number of lorries in the EU by a big margin and haulage companies make up 6% of the Polish GDP.
In the meantime, the Ukrainians started undercutting Polish businesses and take orders for an intra-EU haulage. They don’t meet the criteria for transporting goods between the EU countries, but they still do it. The minimum salary of a Polish HGV worker is €2500 a month, while the Ukrainians are very much OK with earning $700.
Moreover, the Ukrainian side claims the Polish drivers block humanitarian aid to Ukraine which is a BS.
Polish truckers and farmers on Monday started a round-the-clock blockade of access to one of the busiest border crossings with Ukraine, extending a protest that has left over a thousand lorries stranded for days in queues that stretch for miles.

And a small advance on the RuZZian side
Since the start of October 2023, Russian forces have moved the frontline forwards up to 2km in this area. Although modest, this advance likely represents one of the greatest Russian gains since spring 2023. It has cost the units involved thousands of casualties.
This operation is gradually bringing Russian troops closer to the Avdiivka coke and chemical plant, where Ukrainian forces maintain one of their main defensive positions.
Although Avdiivka has become a salient or bulge in the Ukrainian frontline, Ukraine remains in control of a corridor of territory approximately 7km wide, through which it continues to supply the town.

It does not look good for ukies in Avdiivka. Russia lost a gazilion of equipments but they are advancing. I thought Bahmut would be the last town russia would capture. Never underestimate your enemy

Ukraine had similar problems but the difference is they don't try to break walks with their heads unlike Ruzzians.
They removed the AMX 10 for example from direct front line duties.
It's up to Russians themselves how much more they are willing to sacrifice for essentially nothing or even less than they had before. And all the suffering.
They are an undisciplined bunch that can backfire suddenly. Just push more of them into such actions and see what happens can't imagine they can endure this forever.
