Snipers from the 2nd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment hone their skills at RIMPAC. At U.S. Marine Corps Base Hawaii, the snipers culminated their multi-national training with a patrol and stalk exercise. In teams of two, the snipers put their skills to the test, from patrolling to disguise, stalking (crawling) to fire orders.

3 RAR were uplifted by 5th Aviation Regiment MRH90 assets and taken from Lavarack Barracks to Tully, Far-North Queensland before conducting jungle offensive operations, jungle to urban clearances and basic jungle survival and medical treatment.
