In theory yes, in reality their host countries would have to somehow replace the lost revenue (with new contracts, subsidies) from the other sanctioned customers. They probably can tolerate the loss from the Russian market, but how many customers they can afford to lose?

There are something like 35,000 airliners in service around the world right now. 500 confiscated by Russia represents less than 1.5% of them.
