And I see the disgusting results every day in my profession. The current crop of engineers need waaaaaay too much training and handholding to successfully perform their jobs. I'm going to be teaching a course on application of elementary geometry soon to a large group of them.

Ridiculous to judge people based on their race (literally "colour of their skin", hence the blackface) or gender, alotment leads to white students underrepresented compared to demographics, leading to white students moving abroad. They've presented a memorandum to the minister and will be doing the same at the UNESCO.
