I've tried to dig up more on this piece of insanity and I'm glad to report there seems to be no such article. The author doesn't come up anywhere, I can't find the headline anywhere either, and all textual or visual searches lead back to this exact picture. It's likely a hoax or satire.

I like how they don't offer the option for "male" and "female" no! they are replaced by "cisgender male or female". Glad i still live in a place that has male/female on a doctor's prescription or an issued ID. How long that will last, i don't know. But i hope is past my life time.

While on the subject of child molesters, Dutch national Nelson Maatman was arrested this week in Mexico. He was part of a now banned organization/political party whose main objective was to lower the age of consent to two year olds and to normalize the sexualization of children.
He left the country and entered Mexico to claim political asylum. He's being charged with manufacture or possession of child pornography and human trafficking for alledgedly trying to purchase a child.
