I read about it on a different outlet than the “Mainstream” one and thought it was a joke or satire of sort.

Not a lawyer but no one will find it to be child porn in a court. His parents allowed the deal for $200 then. Best he can do was that of course he had no consent about it and that his parents got some bucks for it.

There are far more problematic album covers, this one was purposely provocative from Nirvana, but IMO isn’t child pornography. Ridiculous.
