I mentioned about the ECHR too, the courts, judges or the NGO and their vessels in the Mediterranean or Libyan and Agean sea.

I never understood why pardons are even such a big thing in the US, both on federal and state level. It's such a quasi-monarchal leftover and feels strangely out of place in a country proud of its revolutionary origins. The only good reason I can think of to retain the right to pardon is as a last resort for some Dreyfus affair type of situation where the entire judiciary through either malevolence or incompetence conspires to uphold a miscarriage of justice. But even then just reforming your judiciary might be the better way to go.

Bud light fiasco was fairly predictable… I’ve followed this with few interest cause I hate this “beer” along with ABinBev.
