a rare photo from the battle of ha noi when the French after ww2 try to recolonize Vietnam , Vietminh ( now Vietnam people army ) was lacking in weapon and used a mix bag of weapon from Japanese-American-French-ancestor sword ( taken from ancestor family house or family house ( that why not much of the origin old family sword are left ) the only anti tank and apc weapon was Japanese 3 stick bomb a sucide weapon ( well the blast will not always kill the soldier but the chance of surviving are low ) the photo below show a cam tu quan ( kamikaze ) soldier with Japanese 3 stick mine weapon , Vietminh later in the war will be better equip and more well train and didn't have to used this type of kamikaze tactic to destroy tank and apc anymore

where this you find this photo ? didn't see any vietnam military group on facebook post it or on forum either +also if it taken durg april then it during the lock down period btw for anyone interest in Vietnam military vietdefense is a Vietnamese military group that post in English and have quite few nice photo ( like the Vietnam domestic VCM-01 antiship missile vv)
