This is M-113 upgrade of Vietnam:

Armament:
+ 1 heavy machine gun 12.7mm NVS (front)
+ 1 medium machine gun 7.62mm PKM (left)
+ 1 calibre recoilless gun 73mm SPG-9 (right)
...all gun armament scope.
+ communication and optic system new gen of Vietnam manufacturing.

Important, after upgrade, keep ability swim for M-113.

My opinions:
+ Smoke discharger system
+ Slat armor (leight weight, can camouflage by bough, anti RPG-7...).
+ Shield protect for SPG-9
+ Mortar gun 60mm Soitam similar T55M3
+ Arrowslit for shooter assault rifle inside vehicle
+ Shield protect of SPG-9 and PKM should design similar shield protect of NVS. But shield protect of NVS not protect on top of head shooter.
+ Should set up floor turn 360 degree under foot of shooter for NVS, PKM, PSG-9

If automatic NVS, PKM, SPG-9, protect for shooter. Weight of M-113 will heavy, can not swim.

News official, Vietnam order 12 Yak-130 of Russia in first stage (38 Yak-130 second stage - all 50 Yak-130).

Russia will support Vietnam build center repair and maintain Yak-130 in South East Asia (for Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, India).

Russia will transfer technology manufacturing weapon armament of Yak-130 for Vietnam (Kh-25, R-27, R-73, KAB-500Kr, 9A1472 Vikhr, GSh-30-1, GSh-23, rocket B-8M, rocket B-18, missile air- to- air not control (S-25; S-13; S-8) and special is 9K333 Verba replace all versions old MANPAD Vietnam.

In the future, Vietnam will order with big quantity (Su-35, Su-34, T-50, Mig-35, Mig-41, Ka-52, Mi-28, Mi-26, Mi-38, IL-38N, A-100 Premier)

Weapons modern not important. Important is tactic use weapons and art warfare. Russian can sell and transfer technology manufacturing weapons for countries. But, Russian only share tactics and art warfare for comrades (Vietnam).
