T-72 main battle tanks: Vietnam should repurchase from Russia 100 tank T-72. After, upgrade to T-72B3M.

T-80 third-generation main battle tank: Vietnam should repurchase from Russia 100 tank T-80. After, upgrade to T-80BVM.
