Does this mean they can shoot looters and rioters in cities being burned ? Actually neither of these people not elected or even elected have any authority to direct our military to fire upon American citizens. They did it one time after WWI when veterans protested over their bonus that was promised to them for fighting in WWI over seas. They killed 90 veterans and what a shame the rest did not take up arms and do in the trash in the white house. I figure what happened was those bastards in office took the money and stole it for themselves. Of course that was a time of complete silence from any media other than a newspaper and news did not travel light speed. For that matter most Americans were too busy scratching out a living in an already dead economy and probably had no nickel for a paper since it would have bought a bowl of hot stew. I do know our constitution has provisions that state they cannot fire on American citizens nor use military equipment against citizens. If it were allowed we would have already seen these democrats all hanging from a tree for what they are now doing today. The democrats have been feverishly attempting to amend the constitution to give themselves power to actually start another civil war by decree. They won't like how it will end should they ever be foolish enough to actually kill citizens for political reasons.
