Yeah both drones hit in the same place on the building so it might be that Ukraine misjudged the height of the building when entering the flight path and meant to hit the factory itself.

They may have been seduced away from the ammunition factory by EW and hit a residential apartment building.....that's what I'm getting from feeds I'm watching although there is no independent confirmation either way.

Lol no it won't. The US has been defending SA and the Gulf States for decades and in return they've been funding terrorist organizations killing our citizens, murdering dissents in their embassies, making deals with China and Russia and getting cosier with Iran even as they attacked Israel and international shipping in the Red Sea.

And from the left to the right, from Washington to Bucharest they have nothing but friends. Money talks, morals don't.

I would say its tolerated due to greater interests.

What EW typically does is disrupt the signal causing the projectile to crash or continue using INS guidance which is less accurate.

Actually taking over control ... can't recall any instances of that happening.
