Shahed-136 With Cellular Modem Found In Ukraine: What It Means
Here are the possibilities of what the addition of improvised cellular communications to Russia's Shahed drones means.

A new type of Geran’ (Shaheed) drone was discovered by Ukraine. It has no warhead on board, but live stream video and mobile connection equipment with a Ukrainian KyivStar SIM Card.
The drone flies deep into enemy territory over a specific route and streams via Ukrainian mobile connection live pictures.
Russian drone operators check the actual positions of potential targets and immediately send (a now explosive) missiles or drones to eliminate the target.
Depending of the urgency, they can send another (slow) drone, a Kalibr cruise missile or even a hypersonic Kinzhal. So moving the assets after each attack will not work anymore.

That looks desperate and it has many drawbacks operating COTS electronics. They also send nice live feeds from their base when taking off and returning.

Well worth it. Not only Ukraine gets tired from Putlers senseless slaughter.
And it's not going to improve Ruzzias position. I'm still thinking this will lead to some kind of November revolution with Putler and goons getting shot.
That doesn't take long over there if the pressure level is exceeded.
The West could even start communicating to certain inclined persons about what kind of reward would follow if Putler is removed and trips leave Ukraine.
Lets see who has the bigger incentive. So far Putler offers death and destruction only.
The damages are exceptional already.
But they think they are "winning" whatever there is to win here. So let's wait and see and mount ever more pressure on RuZZia until sense sets in.
If the Russian populace can be convinced that the "West" won't eat their children and never intended to it may give leeway.
