Key assets include Su-24M bombers, Su-34 strike aircraft, Su-30SM and Su-35S fighters, Mi-24/35 attack helicopters, and advanced air defense systems like the S-400 and Pantsir-S1. Supporting elements, such as An-124 and Il-76 transport planes, could facilitate the redeployment of these forces. Moreover, is it plausible that Russia might utilize pilots and special forces personnel leftover from the Assad regime? Like N Koreans?

No.
Russia had already those aircrafts at disposal but remains cautious about the use. No one has air superiority at the moment in this conflict.
