At first I thought Dnipro was an odd target (heavy industry and it might serve as a hub for Ukrainian logistics), as was the launch location. But zooming out it looks a lot clearer imo why both were chosen.
A similar heading as Berlin (and Warsaw and Amsterdam). How long would it take for the target of that missile to become apparent once the launch is detected?

The truth is, the Ukrainians are tired of this war. In the middle of 2022, 90% of them wanted to continue it. Presently, just slightly over 50% of them want it, while the rest want it to stop, even if they had to cede some territory to RuZZia. This opinion is present in every Ukrainian region.
