The free world and NATO are mostly made up of democratic governments where the leaders are voted in office. It is not unusual to see a slow down in such expensive equipment and arms because those leaders must answer to the public. Here at home in the US I read all sorts of comments on helping Ukraine and other issues and it always has money attached to it. I think most of these people are the non workers and already on government freebies list. Also a lot is probably posted by robots and scripted message to cause disruption in the relations of Ukraine and the rest of the free world. Anyone with a brain can understand if you live in EU you cannot stand by and allow Russia to do what it has done and not think you're next. In the end it would have been a hell of a lot less expensive than fight them ourselves, especially with the loss of life. If you were a solider or airman and any military man that participated you were forgotten the day after it ended. Ukraine is fighting for it's existence, I hope they have a victorious end and not forget those Ukrainians that gave their lives for their country. Press On

I agree. It isn't about one country for Putin. He will continue his territorial pissing as far as the Russian military capabilities (and the response) allow him to. He won't be happy until all of his neighbors are allies, vassals, obedient or a part of Russia and judging by their actions in Africa, he won't be happy even then.

To a point I agree however a major problem is to promise equipment then fail to deliver on time and a bigger no-no, giving equipment with idiotic restrictions in its use.

Are we seeing the start of the end game? Maybe once the rains come, they will sit down. Luka making a lot of noises about ‘everyone getting along’.

Yes I also thought it pretty stupid to restrict the use of weapons that could have done two years ago what was done today. Especially the aircraft, but then of course the aircraft require a lot of training. I was happy to see the F-16s were finally delivered and used in this recent push into russia. I'm waiting to see some footage of drone attacks on that russian marine unit that beheaded 4 Ukrainian soldiers. They all seem to run good in the last video showing them retreating the area. One good thing I read coming from EU is that all of EU will help Ukraine rebuild the cities once this is won and over. It would be a monumental cost to rebuild so much and just think of all the fields and roadways that would need to be cleared of mines. I feel sure aid and help will poor in once russia is whupped. No one likes a coward and that is a nice word for putin. As we say here in America "he S**t in his own nest".

It would be straightforward to allow 2 storm shadows for each missile or glide bomb fired by Russia. No strikes allowed on Moscow. Russia would soon tire of that exchange rate.

Rebuilding, those areas are now empty, and I’d expect eu to tax Russia, I.e gas exports, to pay for ukr rebuild.

Russia, Iran, North Korea.

Every one of those countries far outproduces the artisan craft level of Storm Shadow production with numerous different systems.

Firing two Storm Shadows for every glide bomb will last 14 days max ... and that includes the entire UK and French inventories of SS/Scalp.

Footage of the Russian Zemledeliye mining machine in action in the Kursk region of Russia. The Zemledeliye remote mining machine fires 122 mm rockets, according to some sources 140 mm, performing remote mining in the border areas of the Sumy region of Ukraine. The ammunition currently includes two rockets with mines of different types, which is enough to solve most typical tasks. The Zemledeliye remote mining engineering system machine began to be used in Ukraine since 2022. Technical information about the Zemledeliye mining machine is in the link to the video in the comments to the video.

The new FPV drone "Prince Vandal Novgorodsky" controlled via fiber optic cable has begun to be used by the Russian army in the Kursk region. The Russian FPV drone "Prince Vandal Novgorodsky" was developed by the Novgorod Scientific and Production Center "Ushkuynik", the manufacturer did not provide technical details and photos of the drone.
As reported, the drone was used in the Kursk region to attack Ukrainian armored vehicles about seven times. Control of the drone "Vandal" via fiber optic cable provides complete invulnerability from electronic warfare equipment, and you can also see excellent image quality. The disadvantages of this method of controlling the drone include limitations on range and flight routes and a higher price for the drone.
