As expected. There’s no “alliance” between China and ruSSia

China’s Ambassador to the E.U. Tries to Distance Beijing From Moscow

The ambassador, Fu Cong, said China was not on Russia’s side in the war in Ukraine. “‘No limit’ is nothing but rhetoric,” he said, referring to a statement from last year about the countries’ relationship.

China only interests on things that can benefit China. Nothing else.

I will only believe China supporting Russia when I see Chinese military hardware in this conflict.

I will only believe China supporting Russia when I see Chinese military hardware in this conflict.

it doesnt serve China's interest. Russia posibly even told China it was going in, and China filed it with the other 3000 times Russia said it was doing something to someone, and never did. They were probably as surprised as Shiogu was that it went real.

Its also a massive problem, that Russia went in, as they claim, to help a wayward Ukranian region. China wants the opposite, it wants a 'Chinese' Region, Tiawan, to come back to 'China'. So it doesnt fit its needs.

China might be interested if a war was bleeding USA or EU in a major way, like say another Vietnam, or Afghanistan. But this one is taking a small % of spending, plus all our old military kit, which would have been sold of for cents or given away to dodgy governments in South America or Africa.

Yep, China wanted to weaken EU/USA/NATO with this war. Instead it’s getting NATO war-machine renewal + potential partner “ruSSia” total weakening + expanding NATO. no matter how you turn table, ruSSia is on a verge of extinction, it should’ve happened in 90’s. Lots of different states with it’s own policy. Ethnic ruSSians did everything for other slavs to hate them, that’s also bad for them. But you know, they deserved it.
