UK view will come from Northern Ireland experience, for both Police and Army, where after bloody Sunday, we stopped shooting petrol bombers with live rounds. Plastic baton rounds were ok.
But normal back in my day ROE, they are armed and intending violence/death so fair play.

But to flare up tensions is the way to go. Some Western European medias were asking random Palestinians civilians who were openly pro-Hamas and mentioned about 700-800 more dead.
It makes little doubt to me that the strike onto the hospital was either intentional or a misfire from the armed factions of Hamas or Islamic jihad.
Whatever though, it fits the narrative and Israel is a blood-thirsty genocidal state.
Turdeau and other leaders should think with what’s left of their brain cells, instead of their dicks.
