B 17s captured by Japanese at Philippines and Java.
Some were destroyed during the Japanese raids, some were destroyed during the retreat, but the Japanese engineers were able to restore them.

These are captured B-17Cs at the Clark Airfield in Philippine.
Japanese impression was older models were deployed there in comparison with those in Java.
